The Veglia-Devero Park, mountain pastures and alpine lakes

Enjoy pure trekking in the Veglia Devero National Park, where the green colour of the mountain pastures is set off by the snowy white of the mountain peaks. At every step you will be able to admire amazing landscapes with wooded slopes, alpine lakes with crystal clear water and green plateaus

1st Day: meet the guide at Domodossola station at 10 am – transfer to Val Formazza/Canza (minibus). Begin the walk towards Lake Vannino – night in the CAI Margaroli mountain shelter.

2nd Day: begin the outing heading for Scatta Minoia – Devero – Crampiolo – Overnight stay

3rd Day: a full day exploring the Devero Alps – traditional dinner in a local Devero Alps restaurant – local dishes served. Overnight stay

4th Day: outing to Devero - Veglia – transfer (by bus) to Domodossola in the evening
Height difference:  between 100 and 1500 metres, each tour – duration of each walk: 8 hours
