Sailing on Lake Maggiore

Sail over Lake Maggiore and enjoy its charm while you relax, day after day. Exclusive locations and famous restaurants will make your dreams come true.

1st Day: arrive in the Borromean Gulf and settle in the Zacchera Hotel (4-star) in Stresa- Baveno (www.zaccherahotels.it). The standards of all the hotels are very high. You will be given a superior double room with a view of the lake or the swimming pool. In the evening you will be taken to Lake Mergozzo and offered a welcome dinner at the Piccolo Lago restaurant.

2nd Day: you will be sailing all day. After breakfast you will meet the skipper you will be spending the rest of the day with. Less experienced sailors will be able to learn what a boom or a jib are and how to steer a boat. At midday you will lunch in a traditional restaurant. You will return to the hotel late in the evening but you will still feel the lake atmosphere at the
“Lido Beach” of Baveno. This youthful and informal environment started on the beach. Enjoy the beautiful view of the lake.

3rd Day: after breakfast it will be time to head back home.
