Suna-Cavandone-Fondotoce
From the medieval village of Suna there’s a trail that leads to Monterosso, passing through chestnuts woods and panoramic points. During the walking you will admire human figures engraved on portals and arches, that recall the prehistoric past of the area, when Celtic-Ligurian tribes settled on the slopes of the Mount.
Then you’ll arrive in Cavandone, where there’s a breath-taking view on Lake Maggiore and Ossola’s Valleys.
Olive groves and vineyards that still remind us of a story not yet ended… and also a centuries-old yew, symbol of the village.
