Itinerary

Day 1 – Welcome to Stresa

Arrive in Stresa and check in to your hotel.

In the evening, enjoy dinner at a gourmet restaurant in the heart of the historic centre before spending the night in Stresa.

Day 2 – The Borromean Islands

Spend the day discovering the magnificent Borromean Islands.

Your first stop is Isola Bella, home to the magnificent Borromeo Palace and its spectacular Italian-style terraced gardens.

Continue to the charming Isola dei Pescatori, the only permanently inhabited island of the archipelago, where you'll have free time to explore its narrow streets and enjoy lunch overlooking the lake.

In the afternoon, visit peaceful Isola Madre, renowned for its beautiful botanical gardens, where peacocks and pheasants roam freely among rare plants and centuries-old trees.

Dinner at leisure and overnight in Stresa.

Day 3 – Romantic Lake Orta

After breakfast, travel independently to Lake Orta.

Discover the elegant medieval village of Orta San Giulio, with its charming streets, cafés and historic buildings, before taking a boat to the peaceful Island of San Giulio, famous for its ancient basilica and tranquil atmosphere.
